Hello! First and foremost I want you to know from beginning to end, I am here to serve YOU and capture your real story in a way that makes you feel SEEN.
I love getting to sit down with every client before a session and get to know the story behind their love and those fun memories that we can try to evoke in the pictures. If you do decide to go through with me as your photographer, I will send over a small questionnaire to get to know more of your likes and customize sessions around this. Then, we can meet in person for a quick coffee/ where I can truly get to know you and your story. From there, we would pick the date/time that works best for you and let the fun begin!
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
There are so many hardships that come with life but the sweet, intimate, heartfelt moments captured can last a lifetime. Couples/families/moms can look back and remember the joy even in the hard seasons. It's a beautiful opportunity to capture these genuine moments. I also love having fun with my clients and providing a comfortable environment where the couple, family, etc. can feel free. When I'm not taking photos, you can find me hanging out with family/friends, walking my little black pug named Luna, working at a therapy clinic, applying for graduate school, singing worship to the One who set me free, sipping on some chai/matcha lattes, playing my ukulele, dancing like a goofball, or watching Netflix with my husband.
I remember being gifted my first camera on my 16th birthday and I did not take that thing off. I remember taking it to school, football games, and homecoming. I also took pictures of my friends who were ballerinas at the time and fell in love with the movement & golden hour. Once I went to college, I set that dream aside to pursue a Bachelors degree in Psychology but it was always in the back of my mind. After college, I took a life-changing trip to Hawaii where I got a degree in Compassion - yes I know sounds crazy right? But there I understood why I wanted to capture the moments - because emotion is powerful! This is why I bought another camera this past year instead of using it towards a college loan to demonstrate that love through the lens. I feel most alive taking these pictures and hope my clients do to!
